Who We Can Deliver To
We are legally authorized to deliver to individuals who are registered as eligible medical cannabis patients or their designated caregivers. That means whether you’re managing your own treatment or supporting someone else, our team is here to bring quality cannabis products straight to your door, safely and discreetly.
What Our Team Is Responsible For
Our delivery staff plays a crucial role in ensuring that each order complies with all relevant legal and safety requirements. That includes verifying the identity and age of the person receiving the order, whether it’s the patient themselves or their caregiver, before handing anything over.
When we arrive at your location, please be ready to present your government-issued photo ID and medical cannabis registration. It’s a quick step that helps us maintain compliance while protecting our community.
Where We Can and Cannot Deliver
We proudly serve patients within the boundaries of the District of Columbia. However, there are some important location restrictions you should know about:
• We cannot deliver outside the District under any circumstances.
• Deliveries to federal or district government-owned properties are not allowed.
• Cannabis may not be delivered to school grounds, with one exception: students who are 21 years or older attending colleges or universities within D.C. may receive deliveries at those campuses.

Drive-Throughs Are Not Allowed
We get it, drive-through options sound super convenient. But under current D.C. cannabis regulations, drive-through service is not permitted for dispensaries or delivery services.
All transactions must occur directly through delivery or in-store at licensed dispensary locations.
Zoning & Location Rules for Cannabis Operations
Pot & Goods operates in strict compliance with the District’s zoning requirements for medical cannabis businesses. We are not allowed to operate:
• Within any area that is zoned as a residential district by the Office of Planning.
• Within 300 feet of a preschool, elementary school, high school, or recreation center.
These guidelines are designed to ensure community safety and maintain harmony between cannabis businesses and our neighborhoods.
